Sometimes it can be a hard transition for some trying to get enough fat on a Ketogenic Diet. The answer? Sauce! I love making these salad dressings and sauces that help get the fat intake up there. This particular ranch dressing is a smokey, creamy rendition that goes far beyond salad. We love to dip chicken, veggies and smother our salads with it.
You like Hidden Valley, but maybe don’t love the soy oil and other not-so-good ingredients in it? This is my Hidden Valley substitute for a healthier rendition. With my Jalapeno Popper Chicken, I used this as a dipping sauce. SO good!! If you are looking for a plain ranch, simply leave out the paprika and voila’! Hope you enjoy this delicious and creamy ranch!
