Avocado Ranch (Keto, Paleo, Low Carb)

I love me some ranch, put it on salad, put it on wings, I marinate chicken in it then roast for a flavor dimension that has no comparison. I am a ranch swooner. I swoon for de ranch. You know Chick-fil-a has avocado lime ranch right? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ In…..love. So of course I say to myself, “self, you must try to capture some of the glory that is that soy oil, preservative filled junk.” We will discuss the scariness of me talking to myself later, but for now, I give you

Dah dah dah daaaah!!!

AVOCADO RANCH

1 cup coconut yogurt, sour cream or greek yogurt (organic, grass fed is always best)

1/2 cup avocado mayo

1 tsp salt

1 tsp onion powder

3/4 tsp garlic powder

black pepper and parsely to taste

1/2 a haas avocado mashed with a fork

Mix all the ingredients well, I like the little chunks of avocado, but if you don’t, go ahead and blend with emersion or bullet type blender until smooth. If you want it thinner, try adding some of your favorite unflavored cream or milk and a little more salt and pepper.
