Day 5 Food/Exercise Log

Today was a little crazy cray y’all. It knocked me off schedule, but not off track! Today, we ate leftover dinner for breakfast, snacks for lunch and dessert BeFoRe dinner! Every now and again, you just have to mix it up!!

Breakfast:

Water and supplements

Coffee, heavy cream and honey

Leftover chicken thighs and roasted squash

Snack:

1 chocolate fat bomb

Lunch

Deli Chicken and Cream Cheese roll ups

Salad w/ homemade ranch dressing

Baby dill pickles

Dessert:

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

Coffee of course!!

Dinner:

Cream Cheese Stuffed, Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin

Asparagus
The one area that needed help today was my water intake, I know I didn’t hit my 80oz, but the night is young!!

Also, I thought I’d share a makeup before and after. When you deal with pale acne covered skin and chronic dark circles, you learn a trick or two. Someone asked which makeup brands I use, as foundation I really like Laura Mercier and as a powder, Bare Minerals Mineral Veil. For concealer, Bare Minerals Foundation. Maybe if I can get my act together I’ll do a step by step picture tutorial (more like showing my routine). I’m not very videogenic, so pictures are probably best lol!
