Italian Cream Cheese Dip (low carb, paleo, keto)

I wanted to share a winner of a dip that is filling and oh so tasty! I love to slather this on a piece of deli meat and roll it up for a quick snack. It is perfect as is for a veggie tray dip or if you are a crackers kind of person, no judgment here, it’s fantastic with crackers. When you hear how simple this recipe is, you’ll be 5 minutes away from delicious restaurant worthy appetizers at all times!


8 oz cream cheese

3/4 cup plain yogurt (I used coconut milk)

1 small can of tomato paste

3/4 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp basil

1 tsp oregano

3/4 tsp salt (more to taste)

Mix all ingredients except for the tomato paste until creamy. Slightly stir in tomato paste leaving streaks of both white and red for variations of flavor with each bite. Viola! Stores easily in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
