Store bought ranch dressing is a buy I made for years as sort of a guilty pleasure. It’s just so good, but with soybean oil and preservatives, it literally almost never goes bad and is VERY bad for your body.
So in an effort to keep ranch in my life without the junk, I picked up an “organic” ranch mix pack at the store and found that there was no reason to pay for ingredients in a little packet that I already had in my pantry. I hope you all enjoy this recipe.
You can easily use Greek yogurt and make this a thick veggie dip, or use sour cream and milk if dairy is no issue for you!
4 tbsp coconut cream
6 tbsp coconut milk or almond milk
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
Blend ingredients well in blender and pour over salad or dip raw veggies in, yum!!
