I came up with this recipe in our tiny apartment when we first got married. Wings are great for a party or special occasion, but they aren’t very practical for during a busy week day. This combines Greek yogurt (or sour cream or coconut cream), and tobasco for a creamy spicy kick.
If you cannot handle the heat, this recipe is still for you, you are in total control over the heat as you simply would taste it along the mixing process.
Recipe:
In a small bowl mix,
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (coconut cream for strict Paleo)
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Tobacco (drizzle, mix and taste until desired heat level)
Somether chicken with sauce, sprinkle with more salt, then bake at 350° for 1 hr 45 minutes.
The skin will get dark, but these are the absolutely tastiest parts. Dip in homemade ranch dressing and serve with a salad or traditional carrots and celery.
