My kids wake up hungry and stay that way all day. If I’ve forgotten to premake egg cups or some smoothie bowl mixture, this is a high nutrient go-to that I can prepare in 5 minutes. It’s easily adaptable, full of vitamin A, probiotics, protein and tastes like Pumpkin Spice!!
PUMPKIN SPICE KEIFER:
1 cup Grass fed Keifer (plain)
1 can pumpkin
1 Mashed banana
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 Tbsp Almond butter
Mix with a fork and keep in fridge what you don’t eat right away.
