I have a sweet sassy Mexicana friend who shared her secret to the best guacamole I have ever put in my mouth. This is only slightly different from hers. Hers has more love….no I’m kidding. I forgot my cilantro at the grocery store…..so I improvised with parsley, but I’ll say, it was still to die for.
Get ready for chips to simply be a vehicle for getting embarrassing amounts of guac into your mouth.
2-5 Haas avocado s depending on size, 2 made 3 cups guac here)
3 green onions thinly sliced
1/2 a Meyer lemon juiced
1/2 cup cherub tomatoes quartered
1/2 cup fresh cilantro (or parsley)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
Sea salt to taste
